How does it Work?

The process is simple!

1. Get in touch and explain your controller issue

2. Once we agree to take on the repair, post it out to us (guidance given)

3. We confirm once we receive it and get on with the repair

4. Once fixed, we ask you then make payment (via Paypal)
    The cost will be between £15 to £30 and never more!

5. We then post it to you free of charge

​

What if we can't fix it?
In such cases their are 3 options you can choose from:
 option 1 - We return it to you broken and ask for just £3 to cover postage

 option 2 - We take it as part exchange for a working controller

 option 3 - We take it for parts and pay you between £10 to £20
